Polymer Compounding
Whether it is to produce our own ICORENE ® compounded colors for rotational molding, or to provide toll compounding services, ICO Polymer’s has a range of flexible compounding options to suit your needs.
Our integrated compounding and grinding systems range in size from 4.5-6 inches (single-screw) to 53-92 mm (twin-screw). Each system can be configured with up to four gravimetric feeders for precise formulation control and lot-to-lot consistency, as well as several downstream pelletizing and packaging options.
We can run pilot scale up to production size runs, and have the quality control and color measurement equipment needed to support the operations.
